Professor Wayne Reposa joined the Teacher Education program 2018. He has a deep passion for the success of students everywhere, which he believes starts with building successful professional educators. Wayne graduated from Northwest Christian College (NCC back then) GO BEACONS!


After graduating, Wayne went on to serve in the Springfield School District as an elementary teacher. His passion and dedication to educational improvement led to opportunities to serve in leadership roles with family involvement, technology integration, and service and support for students in poverty. These opportunities led him to get his master’s in educational leadership and serve as K-8 & Middle School Principal in Lebanon School District where he found a new passion in program building. Creating opportunities for students to connect and thrive in school. He truly believes that all students can and will grow when they have someone who believes in them and provided the opportunity.


Wayne and his wife Holly both grew up in Oregon. They married in 1994 and later blessed with two amazing children through GOD’s gift of adoption. Holly is a primary teacher in Springfield and both their kids are seeking to become educators, education runs in family. They are members at and activity attend Eugene Faith Center in Eugene since moving back to town in 96. When not working, Wayne is working on home improvement projects, gardening, golfing, hiking/biking, and Kayaking (SO FUN!)
