Located at the west end of Burke-Griffeth Hall, the Burke-Griffeth Bistro is the daily destination for enjoying inspired American bistro fare (sometimes with a twist) – and to have a relaxed, yet energized dining experience with fellow students, faculty, and staff.
Burke-Griffeth Bistro has been uniquely created for Bushnell University by Ala Carte, a local dining services company with over 20 years of experience managing food service programs in Eugene and Corvallis. Ala Carte chefs are passionately committed to providing menu choices of high quality and diverse variety daily. Our cooked-to-order style of service gives us the ability to go way beyond the traditional buffet style offerings, enabling us to create a fresher, healthier and more interesting array of selections from our Chef’s Window. We look forward to serving you!

5 – meals per week $1,380/academic year
10 – meals per week $2,830/academic year *
Beacon Beanery Account $100 – $300/year
*10 meal plan includes Beacon Beanery Account of $300/academic year or $150/semester.
