• Create and develop an effective living-learning environment for the residents of Mom Richart Apartments,Womack Hall, and Works Village Apartments
• Oversee designated Resident Assistants
• Support the administration and development of Residence Life and Housing
• Provide on-going leadership, supervision, and training to Resident Assistants
• Coordinate and support student efforts related to educational and cultural programming
