Applying for Financial Aid

Federal direct loans and private education loans are the most common means to cover the cost of a second bachelor’s degree program like the ABSN. To determine eligibility for the Federal Direct Loan Program, you must submit your FAFSA. Be sure to list Bushnell’s federal school code: 003208.

Students in the ABSN program do not qualify for university grants or scholarships but are encouraged to seek outside scholarships.

Military & Veteran Benefit Information

Bushnell University is approved by the Oregon Department of Education and the Department of Veteran Affairs for educating students who are eligible for VA educational benefits. You can begin receiving your educational benefits in just a few simple steps!

Private Loans

Federal student loan resources are limited and many students find it necessary to secure additional financing.  Students seeking to borrow additional funds may wish to consider borrowing from a private lender. This loan requires a credit check and often a cosigner. You may borrow up to the cost of attendance minus any other financial aid received. Interest rates can be variable or fixed and other rates, terms, and conditions will vary by lender. We encourage you to shop around for the best loan to fit your needs.
