Graduate and undergraduate instructors in the following areas: Accounting, Biology, Business Administration, Communication, English, Exercise Science, Mathematics, Psychology, and Statistics.


The Cashier supports the daily operations of the Business Office including cashiering, Business Office reception, answering and transferring phone calls, and answering students’ questions relating to their accounts, payments, financial aid, and other various business operations payments received by this office.

Faculty Position: Accounting

The Accounting Faculty will teach traditional daytime (TUG), adult degree (ADP) undergraduate courses and online graduate courses as needed. TUG courses are face-to-face in a 16 week semester. ADP and graduate courses are offered as on-line courses delivered in eight week blocks.

Faculty Position: Computer Science: Software Engineering

The Computer Science: Software Engineering faculty position will teach assigned courses in the Bachelors of Science, Software Engineering program. The program provides quality instruction in face to face day time delivery.

Faculty Position: Counseling (CMHC)

The faculty position in Counseling will be a “core” CMHC faculty member in a dynamic team of Counseling Faculty. The candidate must possess a strong counselor identity. Additionally, the candidate must have a high degree of expertise teaching CACREP Accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling coursework.

Faculty Position: Teacher Education

The Teacher Education Faculty will teach assigned courses (with special focus on math, science, social studies methods) in the undergraduate program for initial licensure, as well as the graduate program, and provide quality instruction in face to face, online, and hybrid modes of delivery.

Teacher Education Field Supervisor for PE, SPED, and ESOL Practicums

The successful candidate for this position must show commitment and have experience as an excellent teacher or school counselor. The person in this position will mentor, coach and evaluate teacher candidates that are doing practicums out in schools. Bushnell Field Supervisors will also participate in informational meetings on campus approximately once a semester. Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the desire to support the mission of Bushnell University are paramount in this position. The position requires a strong commitment to multiculturalism and diversity and the ability to work well in a team environment.
