Spending time in and around Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, our Beacons immersed themselves in Cambodia's history and culture through experiences such as taking a Khmer culture and language class and visiting several significant historical sites.

Working alongside local teachers and pastors, the team shared the Gospel with students through songs and Bible stories, taught English through games, and led fun crafts. They also helped build shelters in a village four hours outside of Phnom Penh, serving local families in practical and meaningful ways.

  • Catch a glimpse of our Study Abroad Class of 2026's unforgettable time in Cádiz, Spain! 🇪🇸

During their three-week stay, students explored beautiful towns like Sevilla, Tarifa, and Vejer while immersing themselves in Spanish culture. Along the way, they visited iconic landmarks like the Sevilla Cathedral, explored ancient Roman ruins, stood where the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean meet, and even caught some waves while surfing!

For just over two weeks, our 2026 Bushnell University Cambodia Missions Team 🇰🇭 had the opportunity to serve alongside local ministry partners, build meaningful relationships, and share the hope of Jesus with communities throughout Cambodia. Spending time in and around Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, our Beacons immersed themselves in Cambodia's history and culture through experiences such as taking a Khmer culture and language class and visiting several significant historical sites. Working alongside local teachers and pastors, the team shared the Gospel with students through songs and Bible stories, taught English through games, and led fun crafts. They also helped build shelters in a village four hours outside of Phnom Penh, serving local families in practical and meaningful ways. Great job, Beacons! We loved seeing you serve and share Christ's love with so many communities throughout Cambodia.
