Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of the Esports program including student-athlete development, recruitment, spiritual formation, scheduling, practice and match preparation
• Plan, organize coordinate, and coach Esports within the academic, spiritual formation, and athletic philosophies of Bushnell University, and National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE)
