Primary Responsibilities:
Faculty are expected to teach both synchronous and non-synchronous classes. Specific teaching assignments will be determined based upon program need and the candidate’s expertise and interests.

Faculty members are also expected to:

• supervise field experience (including as site supervisor, providing triadic supervision for those students providing services at the on-site clinic to Bushnell students and community members),
• maintain leadership in the counseling profession through scholarly work, peer-reviewed presentations, service in the community or counseling organizations, and
• engage in institutional service.
