Vision + Call Internship Applications Due

The Vision + Call Internship Program is designed for recent college graduates enrolled in a Bushnell graduate program who are interested in and/or exploring a call to work in Christian higher education. This internship is a part-time, 10-month (August 1, 2024-May 31, 2025), grant-funded position.

What to Expect in the Vision + Call Program
- Participate in meaningful, hands-on projects within the department that contribute to the mission of Bushnell University.
- Develop knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of Christian higher education.
- Receive an $850 per month stipend and a $5000 graduate tuition benefit at Bushnell University for the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Be supervised and mentored by an experienced leader who has over 10 years of experience in higher education.
- Engage with senior administration, including members of the President’s Cabinet.
- Be part of a cohort of interns and meet together on a weekly basis.
- Receive individualized career coaching and mentorship in the exploration and clarification of your own vocation and calling.
- Produce a professional development plan and portfolio to launch your career in higher education.
- Attend a retreat with other Vision & Call Interns from around the nation (October 4-6, 2024). Attendance at the retreat is a mandatory component of participating in this internship program.
