Larry Coburn is a Leadership Coach with over 40 years of experience in leadership roles in both corporate and church settings. During his 27 years with NIKE, Larry gained experience in finance, IT, marketing, training, lean manufacturing and leadership coaching.  He has been consulting internationally with both companies and churches in the areas of continuous improvement and leadership since 2008. Larry also served on the Bushnell University Board of Trustees from 2017 to 2020.  He led the formation of and currently leads the MA Leadership degree program.  He enjoys teaching courses in business and leadership within the School of Business, Leadership and Technology.

The son of a vocational minister, Larry followed in his father’s path of teaching, preaching and serving in churches while his work took him to various global locations. Larry adds value by coaching leaders and teams to think with greater clarity and act with more effectiveness.
