Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of the Women’s Basketball program including student-athlete development, recruitment, spiritual formation, scheduling, practice and game preparation
• Plan, organize coordinate, and coach basketball within the academic, spiritual formation, and athletic philosophies of Bushnell University, the Cascade Collegiate Conference, and the NAIA
• As a key administrator for the Athletic department assist with travel coordination for all teams, assist with game management and support, assist with special projects, and serve at Title IX deputy coordinator
