- Maintain student billing accounts for all current and former students including: processing tuition, room and board, mandatory fees, finance charges and miscellaneous charges/adjustments
- Monitor monthly payment plans and assist students with payment plan modifications
- Process monthly billing statements
- Collect revenue for all current and former student accounts
- Produce annual 1098-T tax forms for all eligible students
