Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in Bushnell’s growing Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program in Eugene and Roseburg
• Support students in the CMHC program by coordinating conversations with student representatives
• Develop the faculty of the CMHC program, working with the Dean of Health Professions and University administration to recruit, hire, and train effective instructional and clinical faculty
• Serve as the point person for Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Programs (CACREP) accreditation of this program
