Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manages and directs the operations of facilities, grounds, maintenance and housekeeping
  • Supervises facility operations including a variety of scheduled equipment set-up activities, preventative and routine maintenance activities.
  • Operates a maintenance management system to track requests, preventative maintenance cycles, and asset lifecycles across campus 
  • Identifies and coordinates campus projects – both to repair and to improve the environment
  • Prepares annual operating and deferred maintenance budget
