Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business office, information technology, facilities and grounds keeping departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to all campus stakeholders
  • Assist the VP/CFO in the development, assessment and implementation of organizational financial objectives, operational policies and strategic initiatives
  • Act as key advisor on resource enhancement and operational policy, providing guidance, education and training to direct and indirect reports
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners, including vendors, contractors and government agencies
  • Create and utilize metrics to assess the financial performance of the university
  • Create systems to effectively deliver financial, technical and physical services to the campus community
