• Direct all aspects of the Baseball program including student-athlete development, recruitment, spiritual formation, scheduling, practice and game preparation
• Plan, organize coordinate, and coach baseball within the academic, spiritual formation, and athletic philosophies of Bushnell University, the Cascade Collegiate Conference, and the NAIA
• As a key administrator for the Athletic department assist with strength and conditioning program for all teams
